We believe this to be an authentic Seamaster Fly Rod by Bob(Capt. Mack) McChristian. Captain Mack built custom rods for his clients upon request. The estate from which we obtained this rod included a large collection of Seamaster reels so it is our belief that the original owner collaborated with Captain Mack in the development of this custom fly rod. The rod does not appear to have specifications printed on it, but per its name, we believe it is intended for heavywight, saltwater fishing.
